So excited I just won a giveaway from Scrapsofmine on YT and Esmeralda from Pro 31 Designs. I won a mini album kit with the London Market Paper and some yummy embellshments from Pro 31. Can't wait to start creating with all of it. I do need to pay a little more attention to this blog also. So that is on my list of things to do this week. I am also very excited to be going to Primas warehouse sale this week and I'm taking a class with Marion Smith forma Pieceofcraft.dom. This is turning out to be a great week!

New Canon and Card challenge

We got our new camera so I can start taking pictures and recording videos for my youtube channel. Took the 2 year "old" camera into be repaired and it was going to cost 250 so decided to just get a new one. Sad things don't last as long as they used to. My droid takes good videos but the sound wasn't good. Also why does my droid upload videos in minutes to youtube and the computer takes hours! Wish I was more computer savvy. I joined a card challenge on Itripledogdareu YT channel. It's a drawing and she is giving away a butterfly mini kit. My fingers are crossed :)

You Tube

I posted a video of my mini album on you tube. I have recieved some views and 2 nice comments. It took me awhile to figure out how to upload the video but once I did I thought well now I'm on a roll. So, I go to record a second video and my less than 2 year old Canon Rebel is not working. It won't turn on. I think maybe the battery won't take a charge so we buy a new one and same thing. I will have to take it in for repair and don't know when I will be posting again. Tommorow I plan on going to Tuesday Morning. They are having some Tim holtz products available. So excited! I will post a video with my HP digital camera if I get some good stuff!

Mini Album

This is a mini album I made with My Mind Eye Lost and Found Union square. I posted a youtube video although I will be refilming as soon as I get a new battery for my video camera. I really hate my voice and know I never could have been an actor. Didn't realize how hard it is to record without making a mistake.

Get Well Card

This a get well card I made for my great niece Katie.She had surgery this week. I used DCWV PlayTime Stack, Making Memories ribbon and  a stamp set that I don't have the name of. I put most my stamps in a binder for storing and forgot to save the names of them. I later watched a you tube video that mentioned to save the names in case you  ever post your card or layout. Oh well live and learn.

Design

I have been playing around with my Blog and have settled on a design for now. I will be posting some cards and minis I have made as soon as I learn to upload a video. This is all new to me and a work in progress.

I am still waiting on the third blog lesson from Drew on Scrappyhappiness. I was playing around with some templates on Shabbyblog.com. So today I was off work and did some shopping. We have a Hobby Lobby that is new in town. I didn't realize that they don't scan their merchandise so after my first purchase I noticed the cashier didn't give me my discounts. I had to go back in and stand in line, but I got 20 bucks back. So this time I was prepared I grabbed a flyer so I knew exactly what was on sale and when I went to the registrar I placed my papers and embellishment's by discount and watched as they were rang up!
